There is much for us all to learn from the Italian love of eating food together and exchanging the news of the day. This is a favorite recipe that transports me straight to Tuscany, grilled fish with potatoes, tomatoes and olives with a generous pouring of fresh olive oil.
- Whole white fish
- Olive Oil
- Black Olives
- Tomatoes
- Zucchini
- Potatoes
- Dried Parsley
Lay out on parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil and grill in oven for ten minutes on each side.
