We tend to consciously hydrate in the summer when the weather is warm and we are outside a lot, and forget to do the same thing in the winter – but it important to hydrate well all year around. Dry weather tends to suck up moisture quickly and you can easily find yourself with symptoms of dehydration such as headaches, dizziness, dark circles around the eyes and of course dry skin. Water is important for good circulation and plump healthy skin, it’s also what helps to flush bacteria and toxins through your body and keep you healthy and buoyant. So drink up!
